If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund your purchase, less freight, for 48 hours after you receive the instrument. The product must come back in the same condition it was in when it left our store. Credit cards may be assessed a 2% upcharge and we reserve the right to ask for cashiers checks on certain products. We do not ship COD.
